A Letter Is Better

Yes, I have a Facebook and Twitter account. I text co-workers and friends. I have an iPhone and a laptop. It’s all so convenient and wonderful and quick, and like millions of other Americans, I use all these communication tools every single day.

But ... how about a letter? What a sweet little gift. A letter in the mail is a pleasant surprise compared to a bill or a sale advertisement.
 
The next time you reach for the phone to call your mother, or sit at your computer to email your colleague a quick thanks, or text your love that you are thinking of them, consider a pen and paper instead. I can assure you it’ll warm their heart.
 
Write away. LOL. IMO.
