Sometimes We Have to Say "No."

We always want to help our customers and we always listen to everything they propose but sometimes, we need to tell our customers "no."

Hey, don't get me wrong, I'm not a "know-it-all" but I've been around the block a few times and yes, I've had some ideas that didn't work too!

We've all heard "the customer is always right," and that applies to certain things, but when the customer is paying an agency for advice, you have to give them advice, even if it means saying "no"! That may sound like the wrong thing to do but bad ideas cost customers money.

They'll be happy you were honest!
